Only one account per person, household and IP address. No two accounts can share the same account information, and the only exception to account sharing is married couples.

It should explain there why your order was denied. Also you should have gotten your points back since it denied. If it says you have account issues, then you would need to send in a Support Ticket, which can be found under the Support tab to get that fixed. You would need to ask about getting your points back as well there if you didn't get them.
