Hello there,

Recently I tried to purchase a product but unfortunately it was denied and the reason was "Please fix all the issues and try again" well it doesn't say account issues and even if that is so then how come I have not received any form of contact from admin regarding those issues? I have checked my e-mail, messages and nothing is there. So... does it really relate to account issues and all I can do is to send a support ticket in order to find out what they are or could there possibly be some other option?

Check out whether there is an open support ticket, if not you should create a new ticket to find out what went wrong.

Hmm, I think it's because I used to log in at someone else's place

and yes I have created a new one since nothing is there

Yeah, that could have causes problems with your account. Now you're just waiting for a reply back to the admin at this point. Be patient, since it can take a few weekdays for a reply back from the admin. They have several tickets to work through, and they take off days over the weekend.

Keep in mind not to add several replies to your open ticket. Every time a new reply is added to the ticket, the timer is reset and sent to the end of the waiting tickets so you would wait longer if you did this. Just a heads up.

Yes, it would. It's reset after each reply made to the ticket. At least you know now so you don't keep bumping the timer longer. Just be patient and wait for the admin to reply first. You'll get a message here in your inbox when they've replied to your ticket.
