i've done like 30 offers and it says there all ''completed'' but i havent seen one point from it or any ''verification'' emails i'v tried emailing them and after weeks of repeatedly requesting answers have nothing any suggestions would be more than welcome.

You would have to make sure you're completing the offers correctly. From what it sounds like, you don't know how to complete the offers properly yet. Offers would not approve if you're not completing them properly and thoroughly. The advertisers are the ones who approve the offers, not anyone on the P2S site. I'd suggest you looking through our guides and walkthrough's to help you out on the offers. Look in the Offer Discussion forum for those.

-Clear cookies/cache before each offer completed.
-Use new emails often, never the same on same offer groups.
-Sign-up for optional ads along the path of offers for higher approval chance.
-Check the email address you used for any confirmation emails.

If you're completing daily surveys, you would have to qualify for and complete it until you've reached the ending page saying you've successfully completed the survey fully. If you did not qualify for it, you would not get credit for it so you wouldn't want to mark the offer as completed if you didn't.

Also you say you've emailed someone? I'm not sure who you would have emailed for this problem... If you mean you've sent in a ticket to the admin, then replying several times to your open ticket would have only reset the timer and sent it to the end of the waiting list. You would just need to be patient and wait for a reply back, otherwise you're making your wait time even longer. A ticket really wouldn't help for non-approvals though since P2S doesn't have control over that.
