Friend Can't Get E-mail Verification code [Resolved]

I have a friend that signed up under my referral link. But he has never got a verification code. He also has clicked on the re-send verification and that hasn't worked either. He filled out ALL info for registering. And he still can't get a verification e-mail sent to him. |

Make sure he checked his spam folder. If he's still having problems with getting a verification email sent to him, tell him to send in a ticket to the admin and they will help him with that. To send in a ticket; Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket . Give it a few weekdays for a reply back from the admin. |

well, he just told me when he clicks on Support, it just says Verify account. And he still hasn't recieved a e-mail. And he has looked in all folders of his e-mail. |

Have the user notify admin via email at info@points2shop.com and let them know this issue. He should be able to get another confirm by then
