Orders usually take 1-2 weeks after the order was approved to arrive. If it's been at least 14 days since your order has approved and you haven't received it, then you could send in a ticket asking about your order. However - you should know that the low-cost rewards do take longer to arrive than other orders you would place from the Reward Gallery. So for these low-cost reward items to take longer than that recommended waiting time isn't really out of the ordinary. |
