This is what manual ordering is, sending in a ticket to the admin placing an order that isn't here in the Reward Gallery. Go to the Support Ticket area and submit a ticket with the category under Manual Amazon Order. Keep in mind this order will not appear under the Status of orders page, and you cannot show it on your profile under redeemed items.
