That's for merchants from anywhere in the US. Basically, I get my things less than 1 week. Anything after, it's because of some delay.

If it's been at least 14 days since your order approved and it hasn't arrived, then you could send in a ticket to the admin if you're worried about your order and they will look into it for you.
