Is this laptop worth the price?

I will be using this laptop for highschool, movies, gaming ( gta 4, cod bo, crysis, arkham asylum etc..i checked youtube this graphics card will run all of these and many more including mafia 2, BB2, and AC:brotherhood ) -----------------------------------------

12. Battery: 6 cell, All I know is that it can last 3 hours with intensive usage. However that can mean it can go anywhere from 5-10 hours in mediocre usage. Its a decent laptop although i wouldnt pay that much for it. Maybe if it had an I7 processor xD |

for an i7 you have to pay around $800+ the processor its self is around $300 so it runs pretty expensive but this is one of the best i5 processors
and trust me if you got an i7 for this cost the other specs ESPECIALLY the graphics card would be pretty pathetic because half the cost would be the processor so everything else would be second hand.

Lol well my friend has a REALLY good computer with i7 and paid about 800 for it. I think that was a pretty good deal haha. But overall yeah its a good computer, you should probably get it

thx for the advice the reason I dont wanna save another 100 dollars is because after reading several reviews and comparisons between the i5 2410 and i7 models no one sees extremely significant differences. its the same with having 6gb ram compared to 8. Though I would love to have the i7 because the majority have quad cores and everyone knows a quad is better for gaming, but i can settle..in the future..when i have a job...and if i still care about gaming..ill consider it
( 5 years from now.....laptop with 32 gb ram, intel i11 octocore, and a nvdia 650!!!)
