We don't allow trading or selling on the site here, so posting something offering cash for someone's points isn't a thread we would allow (I seen your post in the off-topic section). What you do outside of the site we have no control over that. If you and another member make an agreement like this outside of the site, we couldn't stop you from doing that but you need to know that is a bit risky on both parts and the site wouldn't be responsibly for one party not going through with their side of the deal. Also keep in mind you can only withdraw cash to your own account like Paypal, and it cannot match another members information. If you did, this would be sharing some type of information and then you would run into account issues on the site.
