Go by the date your order was approved (look in your messages for when it was approved for you) and then give it at least two weeks from it to get your estimated arrival time. You do not need to send in a ticket if it's been less than 14 days since the order approved. Like SilentFire said, the low-cost rewards do tend to take longer than this to arrive.
