Hello, I recently purchased a dLan device which utilises electricity to pass my internet connection around my house. My router is directly connected to an adapter which then plugs in to the wall and supplies me with internet access at any plug around my house with the receiving end plugged into my computer via internet. Sorry if that is not very well explained. But basically, can I complete offers on this kind of connection? Thanks UPDATE: Diagram explaining at bottom of page There's a visual, don't know why I didn't do that first |

I would assume so since your ip would be through your modem and not the router's gateway ip

The router is just putting out a signal but your Internet and ip is not changer. So you should be good to go. |
