public network problems [Resolved]

I moved into my college dorm today, and when i came back to this website its telling me not to log in from a public network. Am I in essence banned from this website, in that i cant complete offers? Would using an ethernet cable or a friend's router solve this issue?

This would get your account blocked. Send in a ticket to the admin and explain to them your situation, that you've moved into a dorm, and that you would be logging in from a different place. Go to the Account tab >> Support Ticket and click New Ticket. The admin will help you out with the problem, and explain to you better about what you could do with your account.
