ok i ordered a band from here and acidently put alabama instaed of texas i want it shiped to my house but i changed my adress now please help

Has your order approved yet? Go to the Spend Points tab, and click Status of orders. If it's still pending, you can delete the order and get your points back. Though since you're Bronze, I'm assuming it's already approved. :\ But click on your order (view order), and see what address appears there under Shipping Address. If it's not the right address showing there, send in a ticket to the admin and explain about your situation to see what they can do about it. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket and click New Ticket to send in a ticket to the admins. |
