Every time I complete one of their offers, they never credit me like the simple "enter your zip code for points" offers or "complete the first page." Is this only for me or for everybody?

I wouldn't say never. Like dipal says some credit, some don't. Tbh, I'm not sure either, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with the advertiser and not the host site, which is radium in this case. Same way with offers in P2S. Not all of them will approve either.
