Albiante TR bronze My first post Total posts: 4 Status: Offline Total Earnings: $6.12	reply date: 2011-09-10 21:01:05 Well...I am patient guy but tomorrow will be ticket's 10th day unanswered.I am suspecting that wakki2 forgot my ticket And i couldn't withdraw my money because my account is blocked. Ticket ID is 183513 And wakki2 is who opened the ticket.

If wakki2 then replied, she wont reply again until you reply. Send in another reply.

No, they won't forget about your ticket because tickets do not go ignored. You will get a reply, but you'll just have to wait for the admin assigned to it to reach yours. The admin have a lot to reply to, and are probably backed up a bit. Go to the Support Tickets area and make sure you did not close your own ticket, since you then wouldn't get a reply back to it if you did. Another thing to keep in mind is to not reply several times to your open ticket because this would reset the timer on the ticket, sending it to the end of the waiting tickets.

I just want to withdraw my money,but with blocked account i couldn't do that...

Like I said in my previous post, whenever you send in a new response to your one ticket, it resets the timer on your ticket and sends it back to the end of the waiting list. What you need to do is not reply to it again and wait for the admin to send one to you before you do again, otherwise you're just going to keep waiting. We won't know how long you're going to be waiting, sorry there isn't a way for us to estimate that. Just be patient and wait.

You replying to it that many times is why your ticket is taking so long to be answered back to. Like I said in my previous post, whenever you send in a new response to your one ticket, it resets the timer on your ticket and sends it back to the end of the waiting list.

What you need to do is not reply to it again and wait for the admin to send one to you before you do again, otherwise you're just going to keep waiting. We won't know how long you're going to be waiting, sorry there isn't a way for us to estimate that. Just be patient and wait.
