if i where to pay another 500 points would i get next day delivery, and what if i only paid 100 extra? Would paying extra like this also make the order confirmation go quicker cause i know it usually take 1-3 days |

No you would not 
The order first has to be approved by admin and then it is dispatched by the seller
The extra 100 and 500 points that you tick in the box would only be taken off you if there was a change in the price of your order. So for example if your order was 400 points but then the price changed to 450, by ticking one of the two boxes then you can still receive your order without problems because you have gave permission for more points to be used if necessary
I have never had this happen to me before, but it's worth it

Also (sorry forgot to mention) there is no way to get your order processed and dispatched faster, you just have to be patient
