Just wondering if I Preorder an item and the prices change after my order has been approved, will I be refunded or deducted the appropriate number of points afterwards? Thanks a lot.

We have to email amazon for that. You have to send in a ticket about a week after your order approved. We can only refund what amazon refunds so if they for any reason don't refund we can't either.
