I don't believe this mainly because before he said that he said "You know you can make 2 accounts and use them to get stuff", which seems a bit sketchy. I even have a screenshot: Just wanted to let the admins know so they can warn/ban this guy. EDIT: I'd like to remind you, it's one account per household (or IP, I forget).
Definitely not a newb.

You know when you see "I tried to ordered something, now I am banned, why? " , that is them getting caught
