How do I get out of this? [Resolved]

My 10 year old grandson was using my computer to look for online games. He apparently signed up for this program, I got an email in my Yahoo mail sayin this- "I" was now signed up for it with a username he put in. He never put information in to register. .He doesn't know my email address and I didn't "verify" it so he could join. He says he doesn't know what it is, or how he joined it, but apparently now he is in it using my email address,we don't know how.. I can't find a way to cancel it or get out of it. It says anyone 13+ has to have parent's permission, but it also says the email address has to be verified, which didn't happen.. I didn't even know he had joined this (by accident) till I got an email saying he had. It says to go to the account and uncheck something to not get anymore offers but I can't find where that is. Would appreciate any help. |

To have your account deleted, you need to send in a support ticket to admin requesting your account be closed. Once it is closed you can NEVER have another account again, be warned

Just saw the post as it's appearing here and it has a picture I use on facebook and my date of birth showing.This doesn't seem right. If a 10 year old kid can sign up for this, using an email address he doesn't know- and can't open to verify, this is something I want to get out of. |

You should talk to your son about this in the first place. Other members told you what you should do to delete the account. |
