I cannot upgrade to Bronze, help

No package, which I can understand the delay there. But by placing the order, my address should be verified! And yet, no upgrade. I have contacted an Admin about this, yet I cannot seem to get a reply. I also tried to use the CONTACT button at the top of the page, but when I click on it it disappeared. No matter how many time I log out, refresh, or even close and come back to this site, it has not reappeared. I have even used another computer and it's not there, as if they don't WANT me to contact them. Kinda fishy, and makes me wonder if the claims that this site is a scam is true. So, any help would be appreciated.

As soon as admin approve your order you will be bronze and you will receive your item soon after.

It counts for every second you're here, so if you had signed up it would start counting from there, and not say you were signed up for one day because it would have to be a full 24 hours before it would. Simple enough. As for what a ticket is, it's a message that is sent directly to the admin team to help you out. The Contact button only appears when you're logged out because that's an alternative if you have problems, but for you logged in you would go to the Support tab and click Support Ticket. Though for this, it isn't needed. You're just waiting on approval for your order which can take 1-3 days of you ordering, not including the weekends, or look on the Order Status page for the average waiting time for your country (time floats up and down because it's for all orders, not your one personally). I assure you this site is legitimate, you will just need some patience. =)

Your order should appear there, especially if your points were deducted. Go to the Account tab >> Points & Cash - this is where you will see any change made to your account balance. If it says Withdraw Debit for an Amazon Order, then you should be seeing your order on that page. Go to your Shopping Cart under the Spend Points tab to make sure you actually confirmed and placed your order, and it's not still in your cart.

Yes it does do that for everyone. It counts for every second you're here, so if you had signed up it would start counting from there, and not say you were signed up for one day because it would have to be a full 24 hours before it would.
