In about 1 or 2 months i'll be moving to my brothers house who already has an account. Can i log on down there and we both be fine or will i have to do something so we wont be banned?

Best you sending in a ticket and explaining your situation. You already would need to send in a ticket giving the admin a heads up that you're going to have an address change to get that straightened out.
