Also I mentioned that I would receive 250 free points to start with. Althrough I still haven't received those points, I've fully activated and confirmed my account. Does someone have an idea if there is a waiting time for those free points?

The reason it's only offered to the US/UK is because those countries have more advertisers available to them, whereas other countries have fewer to no offers to complete so they would lose money by doing that.

Make sure you have confirmed your email address and filled in all your account information. Go to the Account tab and click Edit Account, and fill in all those fields (Address 2 being optional). You should receive it after you've completed these.

It would just be costly for the site to offer this bonus for everyone, in every country. The reason it's only offered to the US/UK is because those countries have more advertisers available to them, whereas other countries have fewer to no offers to complete so they would lose money by doing that.
