When i try to verify my email, it´s says I am already a verified member, but i did not receive my 250 points and in the "home" the email verification box is unchecked |

The country you're from, you're not eligible for the 250 point bonus. Only the US and UK receive that. |

I wouldnt worry about that. You still did indeed verify your email or else you wouldnt of been able to post here. As chevy stated, you werent given the bonus for being outside of UK/US. There are still tons of ways to earn though. try referring or doing the daily tasks for cash |
