Canadians, do you have trouble finding offers?

So, Canada, do you find you don't have enough offers, or does life get better after you reach Bronze level or something, because I've been here 3 days and I've pretty much run out of offers. The daily ones mostly reject me. XD

A lot of times, "this offer is not available in your area" comes up, too. -_-o But so far I'm managing-- little windfalls happen occasionally. So I'll keep at it.
