Level and promoters

I'm a bronze right now, I clicked to see what I've gotta do to get higher level, and on the bottom of the page there are promoters, and it says if I get 1000 referrals I will be silver level with out doing the requirements, right now I have 1400 referrals but I'm not a silver, could anybody help me with that? |

On the honors page at the top, does it say at least it will update you to the new honor or does it still say "Your Current Honour Level : Bronze" ? It should take no more than a day for your honor to update, if it has been more that that and you completed the req's (from what I see as well) you should submit a ticket |
