Hi I'm from Philippines...why didn't I get free 250 points???

And I have completed a task that has been approved but why didn't I received points? Tnx pls. Answer

Due to your location you cant receive the sign up bonus as there arnt many advertisers so its only 4 people from uk, usa and canada sorry but you can still earn points and cash by referring others aswell as offers.
