I was walking up a hill when I heard the explosion, I though it was just a construction site planned explosion, but when I got home I was told that a bomb had gone off in Youngstorget, close to the government HQ in Norway. It feels unreal that someone would try to bomb places here. Link. The BBC don't have much info yet, most info is going through the media here first.
