Shoutbox Rules

The P2S shoutbox is provided as a place for members, and potential members, to ask questions about the program, how to complete offers, and other program related chat. General conversation is also welcome, however there are a few rules that must be followed.

1. Always be respectful of other posters. Flaming, name calling, cursing or swearing, and vulgar language is not allowed. Any Profanity will not be tolerated. Also, rude or derogatory remarks about anyone's race, religion, country, gender, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated. Violators can and will be given a one hour shoutbox ban with no warning.
2. Points2Shop is a family friendly site. This means all discussions must be appropriate for our younger members, as well as our older members. No "adult" or foul discussion will be tolerated. If you need to have this type of discussion with another member, please do so in private message, Instant messenger, or email, which will keep these discussions private and not seen by everyone in the shoutbox. Points2Shop and Cashle are not dating sites, please do not try to "pick up" people in the shoutbox.
3. NO SPAM!! This includes, but is not limited to- posting gibberish, posting links to other sites and asking for races or games. Please use the challenge feature if you would like to invite friends to play.
4. Discussion of account issues in the shoutbox is NOT ALLOWED. Only the admin have access to this information, and only they can, and will discuss banned or account with problems. This is to be done in support ticket only! Violators will be asked to refrain from this discussion in the shoutbox. If continues, a one hour shoutbox ban will be issued.
5. Asking for points in the shoutbox is NOT ALLOWED. While members of gold honour and above can donate points to other gold or above members, this is to be used as a gift feature. Members have worked very hard for their points, and to be asked continually by new members to give points away is frustrating. New members CANNOT get points donated to them by other members. Violators who do not stop asking for points will be given a one hour shoutbox ban.
6. Your order will be approved in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday to Friday. Don't ask why your order hasn't been approved yet if it has not been 2 business days!
7. Do not ask for votes. If you have been truly helpful, a person will vote for you of their own accord! Repeated violations will result in warnings, or a 1 hour ban.
8. Discussion of other paid to programs is not allowed.

We want the shoutbox to be a pleasant place for everyone, members and non-members alike. What is seen in the shoutbox is a reflection of Points2Shop, and we would like our program to be seen in a positive light.
