Help me get custom orthotics or the best products

DESCRIPTION

It started with planters faciitis, the inflammation of the faciitis tendon in the foot. It got so bad I could not walk. Next I was also informed that I also have flat arches, pair those up and I was literally walking on bone. As the years progressed my knees bent out of shape and now i have Osgood schlatter disease in my knees (growing disease)that is so painful I can barley do dancing. add those up and my friend ran into me bent my toe and now i have a bunion forming. these are all causing me severe back pain with causes tension in my neck and severe frequent headaches. my chiropractor says that none of the treatments or the regular orthotics are helping this enough and acupuncture cant do enough and massage therapy doesn't help enough either, and the only way to fix these problems without surgery that I most likely will have to have if i don't get these wont go away and will get so bad they may be irreversible, but the best support products paired with the chiro visits may be able to delay the problems until i stop growing
PS those re not my feet, mine are much worse and i thought i would spare you guys
